Kolob Canyons is a less crowded part of the 150,000 acre Zion National Park.  It has easy access off Interstate 15 and has a five-mile scenic drive that provides dramatic views of crimson canyons and allows access to trails and panoramic landscape views.  The canyon has majestic peaks with 2,000 foot cliff walls.  It is possible to see this park and the Parowan Gap Petroglyphs in the same day.
