About the event
HamCon:Zion 2024 is pleased to partner with all forms of Media Personalities.
This is a discounted admission ticket that allows access to all areas of the event at all times, including the VIP lounges in the mezzanine area. We do ask that you use common courtesy when it comes to classes and be respectful of the presenters and the attendees by not interrupting classes or workshops in progress. Banquet tickets must be purchased separately. Media Pass holders will also have a dedicated area where they can set up and do onsite interviews.
In exchange for this all access pass, we do require the following:
1. A reciprocal interview. For example, if you have a YouTube channel, we would require that a select few of the HamCon: Zion team be on one of your videos for an interview and for you to be on our channel for an interview.
2. Consent for us to promote you as attending and post links to your media outlets.
3. Consent to put our website link in/on your media promotions, website, etc. (Obviously, only for the videos, pods, interviews, etc. that we are in. We're not going to make you tag us in everything you do...)
