Swap-meet sellers also enjoy the same attention and service commitment from HCZ:2024. We have lined up a clean, modern, air-conditioned exhibit hall experience for our Swap Meet sellers. Being located inside the exhibit hall, your swap meet tables will enjoy very high foot traffic passing through the entire two days of the show, as you will be right there in the middle of all the action of HCZ:2024. Location

Venue
HamCon:Zion provides an excellent first-class convention center venue, with large fully enclosed and air conditioned expo halls, well appointed meeting rooms for presentations and workshops, a beautiful banquet room, and VIP & vendor green rooms where for those times when you need a break from the expo hall floor.

HCZ:2024 is serving as host to this year's ARRL Rocky Mountain Division Convention, The Young Ladies Radio League 85th Anniversary Convention, and the RV Network 2024 Summer Rally. Basic Info For Commercial Vendors
At HamCon:Zion 2024, we want your company to be successful and we want to provide our visitors the value of having an exciting place where they can see the latest amateur radio offerings and products. Our large expo hall is air conditioned and offers robust wi-fi internet to make sales transactions smooth and seamless. Load-In and shipping/storage logistics help are available. Here are the details surrounding your commercial booths spaces at HCZ:2024.
Times and Logistics

Commercial vendors at HCZ:2024 will be hosted in the main exhibit hall.

Show is open to the public from 8:00AM - 6:00PM Friday and 8:00AM to 5:00PM Saturday.

Vendor access to the facility starts at 7:00AM both days

Day 1 (Friday) is scheduled to have a Happy Hour Social in the exhibit hall from 4:00PM - 6:00PM with food, a beer garden, and prize giveaways.

Vendor "Load-In" is scheduled Thursday, July 11, 2024 - 3:00PM until 7:00PM and Friday, July 12, 2024 - 7:00AM to 8:00AM before doors open.

Vendor load-out is set for Saturday, July 13, 2024 - 5:00PM to 7:00PM.

HCZ can provide load-in assistance as well as carts.

Our facility offers a loading dock to make your load-in smoother.

A vendor parking is also located close to the rear of the facility
What does your booth include?

One commercial booth is 10'x10' and multiple booths can be combined to create a larger retail presence.

Two (2) Vendor access badges are included with each booth.

Each booth comes with professional pipe and drape, two 8' covered tables, two chairs.

Reliable wi-fi access provided for fast, trouble-free sales transactions.

All commercial vendors and their brand logos will be featured on the HamCon:Zion website, the HCZ mobile app, numerous social media posts, email marketing, and video content two months prior to event.

Vendors have access to private upstairs VIP green room and lounge area

24-Hour monitored security and complete lock-up of exhibit hall overnight.

Electrical connections are available from the venue for $65 per hookup and must be booked ahead of time. Our facilities team will reach out to all vendors a few weeks before the show to offer electrical connections and extras for those that need it.

Commercial Booth Booking Information

Commercial booths prices are $295 per 10'x10' booth through May 31, 2024 and $370 per booth space from June 1, 2024 until July 11, 2024.

Electrical connections are $65 and are provided separately by our venue. Additional chairs and tables are available from the venue, as well. Vendors will be contacted closer to the show for booking of electrical connections and other extras.

Each booth comes with two (2) vendor all-access badges. If more badges are needed for your team, please contact us and we will try accommodate you.

Electronic booking through our website is preferred method, but if you cannot book here on the website, please email us at info@hamconzion.com and we will email you the PDF forms so you can purchase your booth space by mail. Mail-in forms must be postmarked before May 31, 2024 to get the discount price. The mail-in forms deadline is June 15, 2024. For planning reasons, mail-in forms must be postmarked June 15, 2024 to be accepted.
Booth space for clubs and non-profit organizations
Club Booth Spaces
HamCon:Zion 2024 is providing steeply discounted professional booths spaces in our commercial vendor area for clubs and other non-profit organizations. These booth spaces are the same as our commercial vendor booths. 10'x10' with professional pipe and drape, 8' covered tables, and two chairs are included and booths are being sold to clubs and non-profit groups for minimum costs. Clubs and organizations must be a non-profit to qualify for the special pricing. Booths are located with our commercial vendor spaces within the main exhibit hall.

Information for Swap Meet Sellers
We have indoor exhibit hall space dedicated to that classic amateur radio enterprise known as the swap meet flea market. The ham radio swap meet is a long-held traditional and pillar of any hamfest or convention gathering. HamCon:Zion is offering swap meet sellers a chance to sell their gear while being right in the middle of all the action.
Get more exposure to potential buyers... all day
The swap meet flea market at HamCon:Zion is being presented indoors within our expo hall area. This will provide many benefits for hams who wish to set up tables and sell gear at the show. The biggest upside is going to be exposure. By being located on the expo hall floor, your tables and your merchandise are right in the middle of all the action, during the entire event. Because the swap meet area is not relegated to a satellite parking lot away from the building, you are a real part of the show. You are just steps away from everything else going on. This prime location will result in much higher foot traffic passing by your tables through the entire event. More foot traffic equals more eyeballs on your offerings and this leads to more opportunities to make a sale. This results in repeat visitors who will stroll through the flea market area in between workshops and forums while the "think about" buying that one item they want. You get more opportunities to show them why buying fro you is the right choice.
Civilized Comfort
With our swap meet area being located inside the expo hall floor, you are set up inside a very comfortable, air conditioned space. And because your table purchase includes a General Admission ticket, you are allowed full entry into all areas of the HCZ:2024 event. If you have a partner working with you, switch out watching the table while one of you checks out the some of the show. Or, if you sell your gear out early.. great! You can close up shop and still enjoy the all areas of show including workshops, forums. and special events by using your included General Admission ticket. Don't forget for those hams who have a large amount of gear, we have an early load-in day and we will be offering free load-in assistance to get your items into the exhibit hall with carts and manpower to help make it easier for you. Swap Meet Table Booking Information

No commercial business can be allowed in the swap meet area. This is for amateur non-business sellers only.

The initial Swap Meet table is $50 and this includes one General Admission ticket to the event. One 8' table is included in this purchase.

Multiple tables can be added on for $25 each to increase the size of your selling area. An additional General Admission ticket is not included with the additional table purchases. That price is for the extra tables only. Additional general admission tickets for anyone partnering or helping you will need to be purchased separately to allow access into the venue facility.

Electrical connections are not available in the swap meet area. If you have a need for power, batteries will be required so plan accordingly. Generators cannot be used inside the building.

A Load-In day is scheduled for Thursday, July 11 from 3:00PM MDT - 7:00PM MDT. HamCon:Zion will provide sellers with load-in assistance. Load-out will happen end of business day on July 12 from 4:00PM - 6:00PM.

24-hour monitored security and complete lock-up of the expo hall will be provided each night. You may want to bring a cover, tarp such as a sheet or for your tables that can be used overnight, but all items will be kept safe and secure.
