CLUB BOOTH SPACE

Ham radio clubs and other community organizations will be right in the middle of the action. We are offering a limited number of steeply discounted professional vendor booths spaces in our large air-conditioned expo hall at HamCon:Zion 2024. Each booth space is a 10'x10' space and each space includes: professional pipe and drape, two 8' covered tables, two folding chairs.

The number of these discounted spaces are limited. We have limited the number of purcahses to one booth per group. If you have a need for more than one booth space, please contact us via email at  info@hamconzion.com so we can work to accomodate your group or organization.

Because these booth spaces are being offered below costs, general admission ticket are not included and must be purchased for any persons entering the venue. Booth space prices are $65 per booth (plus 6.75% sales tax and 2.5% processing fee), from now though run of the show. 

Load-in is scheduled from 3:00PM to 7:00PM on Thursday, July 11, 2024. The actual show opens to the public at 8:00 A.M. Friday, July 12, 2024 through 5:00 P.M. Saturday, July 13, 2024. Load-out is scheduled from 5:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M. on July 13 after doors to the public close.  Load-out MUST BE COMPLETED BY 7:00PM on Saturday, July 13, 2024.

High-speed Wi-Fi is included, but electrical connections are not. If clubs or organizations need an electrical connection for booth spaces, it does require a connction fee from our venue provider, The Dixie Convention Center.  Load-In and Load-Out assistance is available from the HamCon:Zion.  Please contact us at  info@hamconzion.com for more details.
