If you are a commercial vendor, you can order your booth space in the expo hall. Booths include professional pipe and drape enclosure, tables and chairs. And commercial vendors can purchase multiple booths to create a larger company presence on the expo floor.

About the event

Attention commercial vendors! Be right in the middle of the action. Create a store front space for your company in our large air-conditioned expo hall at HamCon:Zion 2024. Each booth space is a 10'x10' space and each space includes: professional pipe and drape, one 8' covered table, two folding chairs, TWO (2) General Admission tickets for your staff, and reliable high-speed wireless internet for sales transactions. 

Commercial vendors may purchase more than one booth and combine these booth spaces to increase their sales presence at the event. Select the number of individual booths spaces needed when making your booth purchase. 

Each booth purchase includes two Exhibitor Badges, with general admission included, for your staff. Booth space prices are $295 per booth (plus 6.75% sales tax and 2.5% processing fee), until 11:59 P.M. May 14, 2024, and $370 per booth (plus 6.75% sales tax and 2.5% processing fee), from 12:00 AM, May 15, 2024 through the run of the show. 

Load-in for vendors is scheduled for Thursday, July 11, 2024. The actual show opens to the public at 8:00 A.M. Friday, July 12, 2024 through 5:00 P.M. Saturday, July 13, 2024. Load-out is scheduled from 5:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M. on July 13 after doors to the public close.

If vendors need an electrical connection for booth spaces, it does require a connction fee from our venue provider, The Dixie Convention Center. Wi-Fi internet for sales transactions is included with your booth space purchase.

If commercial vendors need more exhibitor badges for additional staff, or have special request, please contact us and we will work to make that happen. Also, for vendors who may need load-in or load-out assistance or need shipping and hold logisitics, contact us at and we will make plans to assist you and your staff with loading.
