SWAP MEET SPACE

HamCon:Zion 2024 is offering an indoor, air-conditioned space for all non-commercial swap meet sellers. The advantage to being inside the exhibit hall is more foot traffic passing your selling area more often and protection you will be inside the air conditioned comfort of the facility. By having your swap meet table inside the convention hall, you will be part of the action.  We offer easy access loading docks, 24-hour monitored security, and we will help you with load-in and load-out duties. Each swap meet space comes with an 8' table. Additional adjoining spaces or tables can be purchased and combined into one larger space for sellers who may have more items than will fit in a standard space. ONE GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET IS INCLUDED with the purchase of initial swap meet sales space. Every person considered a Swap Meeting seller is required to have a general admission ticket to gain admission into the facility. If sellers have more than one individual helping them with sales such as a spouse or friend, they will need to purchase a general admission ticket for those persons separately. Additional tables do not require an additional full space purchase, but rather incur a much smaller additional table fee added to your booking.
